Ingredients

  • Onion-1
  • Peanut=15-20
  • Olive oil=2-3 Tbsp
  • Mixed Vegetables-1 Cup
  • Pasta Sauce – ½ cup 
  • Turmeric -1 Tsp 
  • Coriander Powder-1 Tsp
  • Cauliflower- cut ½ cup
  • Broccoli cut- ½ cup
  • Pasta Boiled and drained = 3 cup
  • Mix Vegetable- 1 Cup
  • Cumin Seed-1 Tsp
  • Vinegar 1 Tbsp 
  • Vegan Cheese Shredded ½ Cup 
  • Basil 5-6 leaves 
  • Salt = 1 Tsp (to Taste) 
  • Mixed Herbs/Italian Seasoning = 1 Tbsp

Directions

Boil Pasta adding little Salt and Herbs

In a Frying Pan/Kadai- add Olive oil, Cumin Seed, Peanut. add onion, mixed vegetables saute till tender.

Add Broccoli, Cauliflower, add Pasta Sauce

Add Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric, Vinegar Mixed Herbs Basil and cook well

Add Boiled and Drained Pasta, Mix well and let it cook

Add Vegan Cheese
