  • Noodles 2 Cup
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Green Bell pepper 1
  • Tomato Sauce 4 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Green Chili 2
  • Green Onion 5-6
  • Ginger ½ inch piece
  • Garlic 4-5 clove
  • Carrot 1
  • Herbs- Oregano, Basil 2 Tsp
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
  • Red Chili sauce 2 Tbsp (to Taste)
  • Cherry Tomato 5-6 pieces
  • Olive Oil 4 Tbsp
  • Cumin Seed 1 Tsp
  • Coriander small bunch

Directions for Vegetarian Noodles

  1. Cut all vegetable into small pieces, Cut Red Bell Pepper, Carrot, Green Bell Pepper, Onion, cabbage in Julian cut Tomato and onion (See Video)
  2. Separately boil the noodles, add a little salt and a little oil and drain the water
  3. Saute in Oil, Cumin Seed Onion, Red Chili, Ginger, Garlic, Carrot
  4. Also add Red and Green Bell Pepper Saute for 5-7 min Keep it crunchy
  5. Cabbage, Chili Sauce, Soya Sauce, Salt to taste Stir for few more minutes
  6. Add the Noodles, boiled and drained Saute for a few minutes and Noodles are ready to serve
  7. Decorate with coriander
  8. Tasty Veggie Noodles are ready to Eat. This is a healthy meal, Easy to make
